  2. The cucumber and mint drinks are great and really do work. I just had a medical certification for my job. A few months ago my blood pressure was in danger zones. My blood sugar was whacky and I was tired all the time. The only changes I made were drinking cucumber water, taking brewers yeast w/b12, Inositol, and potassium citrate.
    My ME came back perfect. My doctor was shocked because he thought he would have to fail me.
